Best locksmith ever! So easy and quick. The guys are super helpful and friendly. Also if you're in a bind (and even when it is really bad weather!!) then they're there for you -- and they are open for twenty four hours per day -- 24 hrs a day is very handy because if you need a key copied they are still open after you get home from work.

For 20 years I’ve walked past this tiny store front that is sandwiched between two building on Columbus Avenue between 75 and 76th. The owner wasn’t the happiest or nicest person to deal with but all his keys always worked. My building has recently had issues with people breaking into our lobby and stealing packages so I called Golden Key to change locks on my building.

This place has five stars for a reason. I had two full sets of keys made in less than five minutes. Keys fit like they came with the locks and the service was extremely courteous and professional. Why go to a specialty shop like this rather than your hardware store? These these guys do this for a living - I dare you to find better.

Love this place. Just went today to make a few copies. I told them my copies in the past have been faulty and the owners reassured me the machine is calibrated weekly and i could come back if there were any issues. So reasonably priced and genuine customer service.
